Susan is the founder and principal consultant at Leadership Designs. Her 20 years of experience with technology companies
and non-profit organization range from Microsoft and venture startups to the
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; her work has spanned executive executive
coaching, leadership development, organizational alignment and human
resources strategy.
Susan works with individuals and groups in a variety of business environments to improve individual or team productivity,
facilitate cross-group communication, manage decision processes or handle conflict resolution. Her one-on-one coaching for
senior managers and executives is designed to focus leadership skills to achieve particular goals, clarify a company position
or structure a change-management strategy. Susan also partners with technology companies to implement scalable leadership
workshops for frontline, middle and high-level managers.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from University of Oregon. Her masters in Applied
Behavioral Science is from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Bastyr University.
